I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Connoisseur Carpet Cleaning. Light cream carpet and two large dogs in my home is not always the best combination. Mike was not phased at all by the state of my carpet. He meticulously went room by room conquering every stain as if it was his own home. The results were remarkable! He was a joy to have in my home. Mike cleaned our living room furniture a while back. Did an awesome job! So we just had him back to replace a broken floor tile.....Again, another awesome job and the floor is 11yr. old! So, now we're having him come back to steam clean the whole upstairs tiled area. Looking forward to seeing our tile look new again!

Mike and Paula Pailliotet have been involved in the carpet, upholstery and hard surface cleaning industry since 1986. Mike worked for two large cleaning companies in the area before he and Paula started their own carpet cleaning business in Santa Cruz Ca in 2001.

Their family run business is the highest 5 star rated carpet cleaning company on Yelp and wins “Best Of” awards year after year. Their son and daughter now run the day to day portion of business along with two great employees. Please check out our great reviews on Yelp.

Mike’s involvement on the education side of the carpet cleaning industry keeps him on top of the very latest in cleaning methods, solutions and equipment. He owns and operates the industry’s most popular and respected online discussion forum, which is credited for many positive and innovative changes to the carpet cleaning industry. Mike provides one on one training for new carpet cleaners and also hosts carpet cleaning seminars and conventions around the country each year.

Mike and Paula recently moved to Gardnerville NV to start part two of their life in the Carson Valley. Their family cabin in Bridgeport and a love for the Eastern Sierra brought them to this beautiful area.
